Shipping & Returns
Returns -- we hope you love your new purchase, but if for some reason it isn't meeting your expectations, we are able to fully refund the purchase price of full price unused and unworn merchandise with in 2 weeks of package delivery date.
Sorry, sale merchandise if a final sale and non-refundable.
Goods must be clean, unworn, undamaged, free of odours and pet hair and in original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse refund based on inspection of return not meeting these criteria.
Return postage is at customer's expense and we recommend shipping insurance for returns to ensure safe delivery and refund.
Please be very careful with inputting your address, if the parcel returns to us as undeliverable, the second postage charge will be the customer's responsibility.
US and International Shipments -- We use Canada Post and brokerage may apply, depending on Postal Service discretion. In some cases duty will apply, and both of these expenses are the customer's responsibility and not refundable in any way by Resonance.
Please call or email in advance to confirm cross border return procedure. There is a specific way to send cross border returns that does not incur brokerage, duty and tax on returns, and we are ONLY able to accept and refund return parcels that have followed this procedure. There are just a few details to be sure of before sending, and we are happy to help arrange them.
