Returns

 We welcome returns.

Goods must be clean, unworn, undamaged, free of odours and pet hair and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund based on inspection of your return not meeting these criteria.

Return policy for in-store purchases

We will exchange or refund the purchase price of full-priced, unused, unworn merchandise within 15 days of purchase date.

Sale merchandise purchased in our bricks and mortar store is final sale and is not exchangeable or refundable.

Swimwear is firmly non-returnable.

It would be very helpful if you could return unsuitable items as quickly as possible, hopefully well within the 15 day window.

Most sale items are returnable for exchange or store credit only. Items that are 50% off or more are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

Swimwear is firmly non-returnable.

Shipping fees for refunds are at your expense.

A discounted rate ($12) is available for Canadian shipments if you email us in advance. We will send a return label at our discounted rates. The fee will be subtracted from your refund.

You can print the label at home and drop the package in the nearest post box. No need to go to the post office.

Credits and exchanges

Customers choosing exchange or credit for something they're returning will be eligible for free shipping on one exchange and will not be retroactively charged the initial shipping rate.
