Returns

 We welcome returns.

Goods must be clean, unworn, undamaged, free of odours and pet hair and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund based on inspection of your return not meeting these criteria.

Return policy for in-store purchases

We will exchange or refund the purchase price of full-priced, unused, unworn merchandise within 15 days of purchase date.

Sale merchandise purchased in our bricks and mortar store is final sale and is not exchangeable or refundable.

Swimwear is firmly non-returnable.

It would be very helpful if you could return unsuitable items as quickly as possible, hopefully well within the 15 day window.

Most sale items are returnable for exchange or store credit only. Items that are 50% off or more are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

Swimwear is firmly non-returnable.

It would be very helpful if you can send unsuitable items back as quickly as possible, hopefully well within the 15 day window. 

Please note that shipping costs for online refunds are at the customer's expense.

Please also note that if you return an item and the refund results in a purchase total of less than $175, you are no longer eligible for free shipping on the original purchase. We will charge the applicable postage rate and deduct that fee from your refund.

Shipping fees for refunds are at your expense and must be received within 15 days of delivery. Please remember that Canada Post is currently unavailable for this service and customers must make alternative arrangements.
