Shipping fees for refunds are at your expense and returned goods must be received within 15 days of delivery. Please remember that Canada Post is not available for return purposes, customers must make alternative arrangements.

Please note that if you return an item and the refund results in a purchase total of less than $175, you are no longer eligible for free shipping on the original purchase. We will charge the applicable postage rate and deduct that fee from your refund.
