For US shipments, brokerage, duty and local taxes may apply. All of these expenses are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable in any way by Resonance. Refused parcels due to these expenses will be refunded less all expenses incurred for delivery.

Refunds

Postage for refunds is at your expense.

A discounted rate ($12) is available for Canadian shipments if you email us in advance. We will send a return label at our discounted rates. The fee will be subtracted from your refund.

You can print the label at home and drop the package in the nearest post box. No need to go to the post office.

This service is available for Canadian shipments only.

Please note that if you return an item and the refund results in a purchase total of less than the free shipping threshold for your area, you are no longer eligible for free shipping on the original purchase. We will charge the applicable postage rate and deduct that fee from your refund.

Credit or exchange

Customers choosing exchange or credit for something they're returning will be eligible for free shipping on one exchange and will not be retroactively charged the initial shipping rate.
